Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations of maintenance function to ensure property is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. Guides and supports maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers in daily work assignments, training, and quality control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices
