Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator position is available at Ascenza, a leading company in the non-patented markets of southern Europe, Brazil, and Mexico. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Representatives to achieve profitable growth, strengthen the distribution system, and maintain market position.

Requirements

• Agronomic or commercial background (preferred but not required)
• Experience leading agricultural sales teams or regional accounts
• Ability to analyze commercial and financial indicators
• Ability to train, present, and lead sales meetings
• Availability to travel frequently within assigned territories
