Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will lead and develop a team of Technical Sales Representatives to execute a commercial strategy in assigned territories, achieving profitable growth and strengthening the distribution system.

Requirements

• Agronomic or commercial background (preferred but not required)
• Experience leading agricultural sales teams or regional accounts
• Ability to analyze commercial and financial indicators
• Ability to train, present, and lead sales meetings
