Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst - Marketing to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience using data to drive business impact and be proficient in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Responsibilities include designing measurement frameworks, analyzing performance, and presenting narratives to inform marketing strategy. This is a hybrid position that requires working in the Barcelona office two days a week.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience using data to drive business impact
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and matrix manipulation using Python or R
- Proven expertise in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design
- Proven ability to manage large analytical initiatives from design to completion
- Highly adept communicator of data insights across technical and non-technical audiences
- Data visualisation tool experience (e.g. Mode, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
