We are seeking a Senior Director of Global Lifecycle Strategy to drive measurable business results through lifecycle communication investments throughout our customer journey.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Lifecycle Strategy, Email Strategy, or Growth
- Proven track record of building high performing lifecycle programs that have demonstrated material impact on growth businesses
- Strong technical background in CRM platform design (Iterable, Braze) and CDP requirements for successful lifecycle programs
- Best in class knowledge of lifecycle channels, particularly: in web/app, push, email, and SMS
- Proven experience working with analytical measurement tools like Amplitude to identify opportunities and measure program results
