Recruiting Coordinator

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a proactive Recruiting Coordinator with strong attention to detail to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (preferably in talent acquisition)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby Preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
