• Strategize and develop Royal Caribbean's sports partnership plan
• Develop full thematic storyline and look and feel for each annual season
• Align, service, and maintain relationship with key contacts at partner team
• Devise a partnership social calendar
• Devise and execute annual sweepstakes campaigns
• Conceptualize and coordinate production and staffing for stadium fan zone activations
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements for social media and in-person giveaways
• Design partnership measurement plan and analyze metrics
• Manage season-long ticket and suite allotments
• Plan and manage annual budget
