The Senior Compensation Analyst leads advanced compensation analyses and provides strategic, data-driven insights to support the company’s compensation philosophy, programs, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in building Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including the ability to interpret and manipulate complex datasets
