Requirements

• Liaise with Operations and other departments to understand business needs and advise on compensation-related data insights.
• Develop comprehensive reports to provide visibility and assurance of compliance with CBA requirements and other applicable regulations.
• Create and govern dashboards to support tracking and monitoring of new compensation policies and program implementations.
• Evaluate positions using job evaluation methodologies, market pricing, and internal equity; make data-driven recommendations.
• Review and analyze compensation workflow processes; recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to broader compensation strategy discussions by providing data-backed perspectives and scenario modeling.
• Provide guidance and technical mentorship to Compensation Analysts, supporting analytical rigor and best practices.
