We are seeking an Electronic Payments Specialist to support Members and team members with card products, check processing, and electronic transactions, while helping solve problems and keeping every transaction running smoothly and accurately.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year Customer Service Experience
- Must be bondable upon hire
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulatory requirements for electronic payments and negative share accounts.
- Strong sense of customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support Members and team members.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to research, solve problems, and make decisions regarding complex daily work; effective problem-solving skills to identify, research, propose, and execute resolutions.
- Readily learns new technologies and uses Royal’s digital solutions; works independently on assigned tasks within a team environment with meticulous attention to detail.
