We are looking for a Freight Manager to join our logistics and transportation team in EMEA. The role involves shaping and executing our freight strategy across the region, using data to drive decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in freight management within a complex, multi-country environment
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions and improvements
- Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Solid knowledge of customs processes, cross-border procedures and DG regulations
- Experience with logistics systems (eg. Metapack), BI tools, or transport management systems is a plus
- Availability to travel regularly to Corby HQ and to EU Distribution Centres
