We are looking for an HR Specialist for Eastern Europe to join our team and support a variety of HR operations. This role offers the chance to work in an international environment, develop both soft and hard HR skills, and gain hands-on experience in areas such as reporting, employee administration, and HR projects.
Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling daily HR queries and providing first-line HR support.
- Manage HR administration, including personnel files, contracts, job changes, employee data updates, letters, and salary adjustments.
- Support payroll changes and controls, holiday accrual, and basic reporting.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Update HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
- Support HR events, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in HR projects and policy updates, including local employee handbooks.
- Administer benefits and liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
- Provide support for audits and document management.
