RSI Security is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the daily operations of their Human Resources function. This role is responsible for maintaining HR documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR systems, and ensuring employee records remain accurate and organized.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or HR operations support
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple digital tools and systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of initiative and willingness to identify tasks that need attention
- Comfort sharing ideas and suggestions to improve processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
