Job Description
We are seeking an Assurance Supervisor 1 - Insurance to provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and auditing issues, technical accounting issues, and industry expertise, with 4-7 years of relevant experience working in an accounting and audit related field.
Requirements
- Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries.
- Develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges.
- Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed.
- Provide supervision and development training for associates
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients
