RSM is seeking a Financial Consulting Associate 2 - Property Accounting to join their Fund Services+ team. The role involves ownership of real estate property accounting, preparation of financial statements, and collaboration with clients and global team members.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in property accounting domain
- Undergraduate degree in accounting
- CPA and/or CA preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Property accounting platforms (Yardi and MRI knowledge is a large PLUS!)
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and highly organized
