Job Description
We are seeking a talented Property accounting professional to join our Fund Services+ team, providing managed services to Real Estate Groups for fund administration, property technical accounting, financial reporting, and more. As a Financial Consulting Senior Associate - Property Accounting, you will assume ownership of real estate property accounting, prepare/review workpapers and financial statements, and handle bookkeeping for entity’s operations.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- 2-5 years of experience in property accounting domain
- CPA and/or CA preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Property accounting platforms
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and highly organized
- Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as influencing skills and leadership capabilities
