The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing quality inspection activities and mitigating risk across in-process and finished goods, ensuring product conformity and proactively identifying risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies
- Experience managing a quality team or supervising direct reports
- Hands-on experience with nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
