Associate Director, Strategic Growth Program Manager

As an Associate Director, Strategic Growth Program Manager at RTX, you will lead the Strategic Growth Program for the Domain Awareness and Precision Strike portfolio, driving meaningful progress towards meeting long-range plan commitments. You will engage customers to understand their expectations and constraints, collaborate with business development and technical directors to develop product line and technical roadmaps, and lead competitive proposals as the capture-phase program manager.

Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience
• Experience briefing business executives and senior customer representatives
• Experience working within a highly matrixed organization to include finance, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and numerous other functions
• Experience in the marketing & proposal writing phase of the capture process
• Experience in leading high-profile, strategic, competitive captures
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
