Customer Quality Manager will work within a matrix-based organization to provide solutions for customers, acting as the "Voice of the Customer" to communicate customer needs back to the factory. The role will involve heavy customer interaction, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal) must be able to summarize complicated technical topics quickly and concisely to executive leadership both internally and externally
- Customer support experience interfacing with an OEM and/or aftermarket customer
- 5+ years in Aerospace with solid knowledge of Quality Assurance in production / manufacturing and new product developments
- Technical familiarity with Avionics products & systems
- FAA, EASA, and other regulatory authority knowledge with PMR / MRB, Corrective action methodology experience is desired
- Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional team to drive quality improvement initiatives
