Global Trade & Customs Analyst

We are seeking a Global Trade & Customs Analyst to join our team at ELCAN in Midland, Ontario, Canada. As a key member of the Global Trade team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective export/import compliance, performing daily trade compliance activities, and assisting with trade compliance and security audits. If you have a university degree and at least two years of relevant experience in export/import or shipment of goods and materials in Canada, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in the export/import or shipment of goods and materials in Canada
• Experience and working knowledge of Canadian Controlled Goods Regulations, U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and U.S. Export Administration Regulations is an asset
• Knowledge of Canada Customs and Global Affairs Canada regulations is an asset
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a consistently positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow through study, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
