Global Trade Operations Specialist supporting Canadian import and export operations, U.S./Canada cross-border shipments, and regulated food shipments. Ensuring compliance with Canadian and U.S. trade regulations and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in global trade operations, customs compliance, import/export management, or logistics
- Valid driver's license for local travel
- Knowledge of Canadian customs regulations, tariff classification, and trade compliance
- Familiarity with CUSMA/USMCA and regulated food shipment requirements
- Experience with systems such as SAP, E2open, CARM, My CFIA, ACE, or broker portals
- Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
