Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Engineering Team at Raytheon ELCAN. In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing throughput, improving efficiency and ensuring on-time delivery for our customers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent in engineering/science)
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (defense industry preferred)
• Working towards or eligible for P.Eng license
• Experience with high-mix, mid-volume production environments
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles
• Experience with capacity analysis, manufacturing technologies, production systems, and performance metrics
• Knowledge of simulation tools
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
