Raytheon is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its team in Goleta, CA, to drive continuous improvement in the operational planning and manufacturing of its world-class focal plane fabrication and assembly processes.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with semiconductor processing equipment, methods, and processes.
