Job Description
The Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance position is responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-wide policies, procedures, training requirements, and tools to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Foreign Extortion Prevention Act (FEPA), and international anti-corruption laws and regulations.
Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the FCPA, FEPA, UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and other international anti-corruption laws
- Experience with drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures at a multinational corporation or a law firm
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a cross-functional team
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple goals, plans, and milestones
- An eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communications, and a 'champion for confidentiality'
