Senior Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance Operations role to join RTX Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) Team. Manage GEC program management, steering committee structure, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage GEC Council & Steering Committee structure
- Lead CORE for the Corporate GEC team
- Support Compliance Leadership Group (CLG) meetings logistics and follow-up
- Support enterprise-wide GEC initiatives
