Job Description
At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, we are seeking a Manager, Proposal Management who will lead competitive proposals for Raytheon. The Manager will proactively build, train, and lead proposal teams to win highly competitive business in classified and unclassified markets.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years proposal support experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Experience managing prime competitive and/or sole source proposals over $10M in Total Full Value as Proposal Manager
