We are growing and adding a Manufacturing Electrical/Test Engineering II position supporting our product lines in the Melbourne FL facility. As a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer II, you will make a significant contribution to the team developing, verifying, and sustaining test processes, test equipment, and test procedures that will be used in the manufacturing of new and existing Collins Aerospace products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer with a product testing focus
- Basic statistics
- Proficiency interpreting Six Sigma control methods
- Deep knowledge of Lean electronics
- Problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
