Mechanical Repair Technician III (Avionics) - 1st Shift (Onsite)

Collins Aerospace is looking for a Mechanical Repair Technician III (Avionics) to join their team in Wilson, NC. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, and repair of units, ensuring high-quality work in a timely fashion and compliance with company and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Test products for load capabilities, mechanical characteristics, polarity, voltage, amperage, inductance, shorts, grounds, circuits continuity and physical properties.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits.
• Perform routine repair activities on avionics equipment.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Comply with all rules and regulations of Collins Aerospace.
• Check work methods and results for conformance to standards.
• Report on leader or supervisor on work progress and updates.
• All aspects related to the process of repairs through the service center.
