Senior Manager, Product Management – Secondary Radar Systems (Hybrid)

Join Collins Aerospace and play a key role in shaping the future of air traffic surveillance within our Air Traffic Systems Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of our Secondary Surveillance Radar product line, including Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR) systems.

Requirements

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management activities for the Secondary Surveillance Radar product portfolio
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and evolving regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support feature development, technology enhancements, and product design decisions
• Develop business cases and support product investment, pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
• Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through sustainment, including obsolescence planning and end of life strategies
