Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Onsite)

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite in Largo, FL. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop and manage manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and provide production support from concept through sustaining activities.

Requirements

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes
• Create and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Drive process improvement and optimization
• Provide real-time support to the production floor
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to employees
• Conduct technical vs. manufacturing data verifications
• Plan, develop, and document manufacturing tooling and fixtures
