Senior Operations Quality Manager

Senior Operations Quality Manager job description summary: Lead, coach and mentor stakeholders in routine settings and difficult situations. Manage QA team in performing to expectation and mentoring employees in talent enhancement and new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study
• Minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant engineering experience or seven (7) years with an advanced degree
• Relevant experience in manufacturing experience in one of the following processes (assembly, inspection, test)
• Experience applying and adhering to Commercial and Aerospace / Defense regulations and/or standards IS09001, AS9100, AS9102, AS9145
• Experience in audits, interacting with customer(s), and Quality Management Systems
• Previous experience working in cross functional process improvement teams
• Experience in team or project management / leadership
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
