Senior Principal Systems Engineer

Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting the LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment. Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB
• Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools.
• Experience with model-based engineering.
• Experience in developing and managing requirements.
• Experience with C++, Python, or similar
• Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports.
• Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification.
• Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.
