Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support LTAMDS in the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline. The successful candidate will work across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions, and have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly.
Requirements
- Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces
- Lead testing efforts, develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments
- Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging
- Drive performance improvements and resolve system issues
- Model and simulate system performance to support verification and validation
- Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact
- Collaborate and lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality
- Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements
- Present technical findings and solutions to leadership and customers
- Support mission execution at various locations, including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
