Senior Research Engineer - Electrical Systems

We're looking for a Senior Researcher in Electrical Systems to help drive breakthrough technologies for next-generation aircraft. You'll join an international, highly collaborative research team passionate about power electronics and electrified aviation — and you'll work at the point where theory becomes hardware, and ideas become flight-ready technology.

Requirements

• PhD in Electronics Engineering with 0–2+ years of academic or industrial experience
• or Master’s degree with 2–5+ years of relevant experience
• A strong experimental mindset and enthusiasm for hands-on research
• The ability to work autonomously while thriving in international teams
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting technical work to diverse audiences
• A willingness to challenge assumptions, champion new ideas, and expand beyond your core expertise
• Experience with aerospace systems, architectures, or certification standards is highly valued
