Senior Software Engineer (Onsite)

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge embedded software, networking, and communication products. The role requires a degree in STEM and 5 years of experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of experience. Experience with Rust, Linux development environments, and Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle
• Prior experience in C++ or C#
• Experience with Rust is a plus
• Experience with Linux development environments
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Experience with multithreading
• Experience with networking and communications protocols
• Experience with embedded software development
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
