Job Description
The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is currently looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) department. The MDS department provides subject matter expertise for concept development, architectural design, requirements generation & flow-down, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, integration, test and evaluation of world-class Missile Defense & Sensor Systems to be achieved through our people, processes, technology and performance. This position is on site in Woburn, MA.
Requirements
- Analyzing radar system performance data with respect to requirements.
- Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Defining and prototyping new algorithms to enhance system performance.
- Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers.
- Providing subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
