System Administrator

We are seeking a System Administrator to provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and RedHat Enterprise Linux environment. The successful candidate will have experience with Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals, hardware RAID, hardware and software encryption, and server management tools. They will also be responsible for data backup and restore, installing and configuring software applications, and working with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.

Requirements

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of prior relevant experience
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with some of the following technologies: Windows or Linux administration, backup, and recovery enterprise suite
• Experience with cloning techniques
• Experience with operating system concepts and implementations
• Microsoft Windows Active Directory Services administration and support
• Experience with network services related to Microsoft Windows environment
• Experience with supporting desktop / workstation hardware
• Experience with an IT incident/service request system
