Job Description
Rubenstein Law seeks a Litigation Assistant to help develop cases by assisting in the discovery process, maintaining client-related expenses, and preparing and filing answers/responses to discovery, as well as assisting in trial preparation.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume.
- Prior experience working with Personal Injury files preferred, but not required.
