Job Description
The Litigation Assistant helps develop cases by assisting in the discovery process, maintains client-related expenses, prepares and files answers/responses to discovery, and assists in trial preparation.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume
- Prior experience working with Personal Injury files preferred, but not required
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to comply with last minute case requests
