Job Description
Assist with developing cases, maintaining client expenses, preparing and filing answers/responses to discovery, and assisting in trial preparation as a Litigation Assistant at Rubenstein law.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume
- Prior experience working with Personal Injury files preferred, but not required
