Pre-Litigation Attorney

Rubenstein Law is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including supervising staff, evaluating case merits, and negotiating settlements.

Requirements

• A license in good standing to practice law in New Jersey
• At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
