Job Description
RubinBrown LLP is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the firm's growth by driving high-quality, compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and at least 1 year of related experience.
Requirements
- Lead proposal projects from kickoff through submission, ensuring all RFP requirements and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with proposal teams to manage timelines, edits, and approvals
- Write and edit persuasive proposal content tailored to prospective clients, ensuring quality and consistency
