Job Description
RubinBrown LLP is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to drive high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase the firm's expertise and commitment to clients. As a key member of the Strategic Client Development team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the firm's growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
- Comfort working with and learning new technology tools and systems
- Consistent professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions
