Shift Leader

This Shift Leader position is accountable for supervising and supporting a restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and team efficiency. The role involves managing all aspects of operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining restaurant standards. The Shift Leader collaborates with General Manager and Assistant Manager and contributes to overall company development. It's a customer-focused position requiring strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Some restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
