Job Description
This Shift Leader role is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, team member efficiency, and maintaining safety and security. The Shift Leader will focus on achieving the goals of the General Manager and Assistant Manager by holding Team Members accountable for the C.O.R.E. 10. This involves cleaning, food preparation, customer service, and financial paperwork.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Some restaurant or retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant industry aspects.
- Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Word).
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle operational concerns.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
