Job Description
This Shift Leader role is responsible for supervising a restaurant team, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, and team efficiency. The Shift Leader will maintain cleanliness, handle financial paperwork, and contribute to daily operational performance. They are accountable to the General Manager and Assistant Manager and focus on building a positive team environment.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Word)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of restaurant industry standards
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
