Job Description
This Shift Leader position is responsible for supervising a productive and profitable restaurant, managing the team and ensuring Guest and food quality standards. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, handling Guest complaints, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. The Shift Leader will report to a General Manager and assist in operational paperwork and financial tasks.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent education and experience
- Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of aspects of the restaurant industry
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
