Job Description
This Shift Leader role is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, maintaining food quality, team efficiency, and safety. The role involves handling various tasks such as food preparation, cleaning, managing team members, and assisting in financial paperwork. The Shift Leader is accountable for the C.O.R.E. 10 and supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining team accountability.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent experience
- Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills including e-mail and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of aspects of the restaurant industry
- Basic math skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
