Job Description
The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a productive restaurant, ensuring Guest satisfaction, food quality, and team efficiency. They will focus on maintaining restaurant cleanliness, food quality, safety, and security, as well as providing feedback to the General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Some restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (e-mail and Microsoft Word)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
