Job Description
This Shift Leader position is responsible for overseeing a restaurant kitchen, ensuring high guest and team member satisfaction, maintaining food quality, and ensuring safety and security. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, managing food preparation, and providing feedback to the General Manager and Assistant Manager. This position reports to the General Manager and is accountable for C.O.R.E. 10 and team accountability.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant or retail setting (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word)
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Basic mathematical and financial skills
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
